Home-made fibre-snoot and some of the results I've had with it.
These photos show the parts and construction stages of my home made fibre-optic snoot, designed for an Inon z240 strobe.

Fibresnoot, showing offset hole and shaped base
The hole in the base of the CD/DVD Spindle is placed over one of the flash-tubes in the strobe and the edges are cut to match those of the strobe.
